Sometimes, Russian and international companies need outside experts-consultants to be involved in order to get a fresh and proper estimate of their every-day marketing and communication activities. Also, it is a good idea if advice on how to improve the performance of the in-house marketing or PR department is required.

We believe that counseling that we provide help our clients choose the right communications partner, and also further give-and-take policy in their PR practice.
The Publicity PR Agency offers consulting services that may include a turnkey basis program, which can be subsequently implemented by the client's own PR departments or by other professional agencies.

We also provide on-the-spot counseling on present-day issues via telephone or e-mail.
The consultation fee is calculated in accordance with the hours spent, or, if we have a long-term contract with a client, on a monthly basis, with a discount estimated.

Base pay rates for consulting services:

  • One-time consultation (up to 1.5 hr): 300 USD
  • One-time consultation (up to 1.5 hr) with the subsequent written recommendations developed: 400 USD
  • Recurring consultation: 150 USD
  • Consultation via e-mail (written question-written answer): 50 USD
  • Recurrent consultation via telephone from 9 a.m. till 8 p.m.: 100 USD
  • Recurrent consultation via telephone at other times: 200 USD
  • Unlimited number of consultations via telephone or e-mail during the period of one month: 1500 USD.

  • Anti-crisis PR, preventing negative materials from publication, specific communications in the course of legal disputes;
  • Entering Russian regional markets;
  • Facilitating contacts with the authorities and business representatives; 
  • Specific communications with law enforcement and regulatory bodies
  • Participation in socially relevant events held in Russia and abroad
  • Specifics of communication expert's employment
  • Communications with investors;
  • Communications during IPO;
  • Personal image of the company's chief officer
