Olga Alexandrova, Vice-President of the Publicity
Communication Group, Head of the GR&Political Consulting
Division, holder of a PhD in Economics.
She graduated from the Moscow State University named after
Mikhail Lomonosov.
Her graduation paper was based on PR projects that had been
executed by the Publicity Communication Group.
In 2004 she presented a thesis and obtained a PhD degree.
Olga Alexandrova had joined the Publicity Communication Group
while still a fourth year university student. Her career with
the company began as an assistant manager, from which she
worked her way up to her present position.
As a top-manager, she was at the head of several dozen
political, social and media projects. Currently she is
coordinating VIP projects. As Vice-President of the Publicity
Communication Group, she is in charge of finance, economic
and personnel affairs, management accounting and budgeting.
Olga Alexandrova handles general and day-to-day management of
the GR&Political Consulting Division.
Alexey Kosorukov, Head of the Election Campaign
Methodologies Department.
He has a military-political background, has taken part in
settling ethnic and military-political conflicts in Russia,
on the territory of the former USSR and abroad.
He has vast experience in dealing with large groups of people
and carrying out special propaganda events.
Alexey Kosorukov is a renowned expert in organizing
large-scale field networks and running election campaigns in
extreme conditions.
He specializes in operational deployment of campaign
headquarters activities, building grassroots networks and
holding special events with large masses of people
participating (rallies, demonstrations, concerts etc.).
He took part in over 30 election campaigns of different
levels.
Dmitry Chizhov, Head of Information and Analysis
Department, holds a Master of Arts in Political
Science.
He graduated from the North-Western Academy under the
President of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg, with
specialization in State and Municipal Administration. In
2002, he graduated from the Political Science Faculty of
Moscow Higher School of Social Sciences and Economics at the
Academy of National Economy under the Government of the
Russian Federation, with an honors degree. Together with
other graduates, who had passed exams with distinction, he
continued his studies at the Department of Government at the
University of Manchester, UK, where he was reading the
political parties and party systems that exist in the West.
For a long period of time he was practicing social and
political activities, was involved in building the civil
society structures, in youth politics affairs, formation of
parties in the regions and running election campaigns.
He had professional training in various public and political
organizations in the USA, where he contributed to the Mayoral
Election campaign in Western Lafayette (Indiana).
Dmitry Chizhov is the author of several research articles,
the initiator of a number of conferences and seminars, with
the Development Vectors of Modern Russia
international conference among them.
He has been with the Publicity Communication Group for over
three years by now and is specializing in counseling
political parties, strategy development and information, and
analytical support of parties and election campaigns.
Sergey Novoselsky, Project Manager, holds a Master of
Arts in Political Science.
He graduated from the Management and Economics Faculty of the
Ivanovo State Power University where he studied Public
Relations.
He started his professional career as the Head of
Press-Service in the Ivanovo City Administration and later
became the youngest senior official in the Mayor’s Office, as
the Head of Administration there.
He had training in the United States Congress and
participated in the election campaign of Charles Taylor, the
congressman from North Carolina.
In 2004 he obtained a MA degree in Political Science after he
had submitted his Master’s Thesis entitled The
Administrative Reform Efficiency in the RF. He is the
author of a number of publications on the efficiency of the
reformation of the state machine.
Currently he is managing the Publicity Communication Group’s
Branch in the Southern Federal County.
Sergey Zaitsev, Project Manager, holds a Master of
Arts in Political Science.
He is an analyst specializing in public relations and social
communications. He elaborates strategies for political,
electoral, advertising and media campaigns. His activities
include counseling political parties and different Russian
public organizations, as well as the international ones.
His research interests are: theory and practical performance
of political parties, political psephology, and international
integration processes. He is the author of several scientific
publications.
